10 Jul AI in Education Communications

In education, public debate around AI has focused on issues like plagiarism and cheating in exams, and its potential to change assessment or pedagogy. However, for comms and marketing professionals working in education, the use of AI is also becoming an increasingly important consideration.
We’re proud to see Rae Claramunt contribute to Edge Foundation‘s new Guide to AI in Education Communications.
The Education Comms Network (ECN), part of Edge Foundation, has published the first practical guide to focus specifically on how artificial intelligence (AI) is being used in education communications.
The practical guide combines expert insight with real-life case studies from education communications professionals already using AI in their day-to-day work. The guide aims to help practitioners make informed decisions about using AI responsibly and effectively. As well as the case studies, contributed by members of the network, there are practical sections about security, ethics and strategy.
Rae’s case study, “AI as a Thinking Partner,” reflects the thoughtful, purposeful approach to AI that we champion across Three Spires Trust. Rather than viewing AI simply as a productivity tool, Rae explores how it can enhance creativity, reflection and professional decision-making within education communications.
The guide is available now free to download and is intended as the start of an ongoing conversation.
