Associate membership

Not every school is ready to join a Multi-Academy Trust straight away—and that’s perfectly fine. That’s why we’ve created our Associate School Programme: an opportunity to build a relationship with Three Spires Trust while remaining fully independent.

Associate Schools have the opportunity to work alongside Three Spires Trust, access high-quality support and professional development, and experience what it is like to be part of our collaborative family of schools before making any long-term commitment.

Think of it as “try before you join.”

Becoming an Associate School is completely free. Schools can then choose to access additional Trust services and specialist support as required, paying only for the services they use. This flexible approach allows each school to build a partnership shaped around its own priorities and needs.
