Inclusive Mainstream Framework

Inclusive Mainstream Strategy
The Three Spires Trust Inclusive Mainstream Strategy places high-quality teaching at the heart of inclusion. We believe that all pupils achieve best when teaching is adaptive, responsive and designed to meet the needs of a diverse range of learners. Through high expectations, effective classroom practice and a shared commitment to belonging, our framework supports schools to remove barriers to learning and ensure that every child, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), can participate fully, make strong progress and thrive within their mainstream school community.

One Trust. One shared approach to inclusion.

The For Everyone Framework is Three Spires Trust’s shared model for inclusive practice, bringing together the very best of what already exists across our academies into one coherent approach.

Rather than introducing another initiative, the framework establishes a common language, shared expectations and a consistent approach to ensuring every child can thrive. Built around the four interconnected principles of Safety, Belonging, Learning and Need, it recognises that inclusion is everyone’s responsibility and that high-quality teaching is the foundation of success for every learner.

Alongside the framework, a Trust Learning Pathway provides greater consistency in classroom practice while allowing each academy to retain its own identity and strengths.

Developed by our leaders, for our schools

Co-created with leaders and practitioners from across the Trust, the framework reflects our collective expertise and shared commitment to enabling every child to flourish. From September 2026, it will underpin professional development, school improvement and quality assurance across all Three Spires academies, ensuring a consistent, ambitious and inclusive educational experience for every child.
