Nikki has worked in the education sector since 2013 initially in a trust on Stoke-on-Trent.

She worked in various roles such as office manager and PA to the Executive Headteacher but always had a goal to become a School Business Manager. After completing the Certificate in School Business Management in 2018, Nikki was appointed a Finance and H&S Manager at the trust and moved to a central role, working with the four primary schools and a secondary school. She completed the AAT Level 2 qualification in January 2022.

She then moved to an LA maintained school in Stoke-on-Trent as a School Business Manager and worked there for 2 years before moving to Three Spires Trust as a Business Manager. Nikki is really excited about her new role and is keen to make a huge impact at Three Spires. Nikki is passionate about training and developing staff and implementing good practice. Before working in education, Nikki worked for Natwest Bank and in retail management as a District and Training Manager.

Nikki lives with her son and daughter and their cockerpoo, Minnie and loves going to the gym and walking.
