Rae was appointed as PA to the Principal at The King’s CofE School in Wolverhampton, now known as St Regis CofE Academy, in 2020. Whilst supporting the Principal, Rae completed her MA in Literature and CIPD Certificate in People Practice.

Upon completing her certifications, Rae took on the responsibility of human resources administration during the transition to Academisation. Her role further evolved to become the Leadership & HR Support Officer at St Regis.

Additionally, Rae played a role in the rebranding process from The King’s to St Regis, organising marketing strategies and designing the new academy badge, showcasing her creativity and dedication to positive change, along with logo design at St Michael’s.

Rae has a passion for employee relations, creativity and driving positive change. Originally from Petoskey, Michigan, Rae now resides in Shropshire. Rae is an avid pickleballer and enjoys spending time with her dog and family.
