Rosie joined the team in January 2023 as Finance Manager and Business Partner, before becoming Trust Accountant in December 2024.

An experienced finance professional, Rosie has worked in the education sector for the last 15 years.

Rosie is delighted to be joining the Trust at such an exciting phase of growth with an inspirational, thriving, dynamic and motivated team who are passionate about education.

A chartered certified accountant with over 30 year’s experience in finance. Rosie started her career in private practice and completed both AAT and ACCA qualifications. In order to develop experience and skills in a different sector, Rosie moved to a role in a commercial environment to work as Financial Controller for a large printing company. Following on from this, Rosie moved into the education and charity sector as Finance Manager of an Independent School in Staffordshire, responsible for the management and operation of the finance office and management of the HR function, working as part of a team dedicated to improving the pupil experience.

Rosie believes in a strong customer service ethos and high professional standards.

Rosie lives in rural North Staffordshire with her husband, son and four dogs.
