Jack is the Head of School at St Peter’s Collegiate Academy. He has been a vital part of the Senior Leadership Team at St Peter’s for the last three years, playing a key role in driving the academy’s highly successful journey across recent Ofsted inspections, SIAMS evaluations, and other key performance metrics. Jack holds the National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH).

Jack has dedicated over 15 years to education, with 11 of those spent in leadership roles and 7 as a senior school leader across different Schools. Uniquely, he also served in the fire service while completing his teacher training, an experience that instilled a deep commitment to community, resilience, and operational discipline early in his career.

Jack is incredibly passionate about improving the life chances of all children, working tirelessly to break down barriers so that every student can flourish regardless of their background. Fully inspired by the school’s Church of England values, his leadership style protects a high-trust, “family feel” environment for staff while maintaining an uncompromising, relentless drive for excellence for all.
