Artificial Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence

AI isn’t coming, it’s already here. The real question is: are our learners ready for it?

The Three Spires NextGen AI Curriculum ensures they are. Designed from KS2–KS5, it builds the skills, confidence, and ethical awareness students need to navigate and influence, an AI-driven world.

Created by curriculum specialists and refined in partnership with AI in Education, the programme aligns with KCIE guidance, national expectations, and the Trust’s wider NextGen vision.

In a world where AI shapes decisions, opportunities, and the way we live, our learners deserve more than basic digital literacy. They need to use AI safely, responsibly, and creatively; not as passive users, but as thoughtful decision-makers who can question, challenge, and shape the technologies around them.

AI Network Meetings

AI Champions

Our AI Network brings together the AI champions from every academy on a termly basis. These champions from our Trust-wide AI Working Group, and the meetings give them the space to collaborate, share ideas, and drive digital innovation across our academies.

This is the kind of work they are engaging with:

  • Developing our Trust-wide AI Policy
  • Designing and constructing the AI curriculum, now being piloted and mobilised across academies
  • Leading staff training through CPD, briefings, and in-school coaching
  • Contributing to NextGen Phase II, shaping the future of digital learning
  • Participating in the Digital Innovation Apprenticeship, both to develop their own expertise and support other learners on the qualification
  • Running digital enrichment activities such as AI Clubs and Code Clubs
  • Sharing best practice and exploring new technologies to strengthen teaching and learning

Our AI Champions play a vital role in building a future-focused digital culture across the Trust, ensuring all staff and students are confident, responsible, and creative users of AI.
