Emma was appointed Principal at The King’s Church of England Academy in September 2025 following a period as Head of School. She brings a wealth of knowledge and teaching experience having worked in Staffordshire schools for almost 20 years and in the Kidsgrove community since 2022.

Emma is passionate about education and breaking down the barriers faced by students.  She completed her NPQH and holds a Masters in Inclusive Education Leadership where she focused on the factors that affect the relationship between students and teachers .

Emma is excited to build on the previous successes of The King’s and the future developments that lay ahead.
