We are #oneteam – there is no separation between the trust and any of our schools.  When a school receives a phone call to advise that there will be either Ofsted or SIAMS visiting the school, the central inclusion team will always support the DSL, the SENCo, the Inclusion leader and their wider teams.  Our central inclusion team prides themselves on knowing the schools and the staff team, as well the complex caseloads in each setting.
