An experienced senior leader in education, Robert has both strategic and operational expertise in financial management, Human Resources and facilities management along with comprehensive knowledge of Governance and safeguarding processes in schools.

He has worked in schools for the last fifteen years and has most recently provided extensive school business management leadership across all age ranges from nursery to post-16 education. Robert was appointed to Three Spires Trust in January 2021, and leads day to day operations across the Trust.

Robert’s experience is recognised professionally by the Institute of Administrative Management and the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management. Outside of work Robert serves as a school governor and previously volunteered as a member of the special constabulary with Staffordshire Police for over 11years. Robert is an active member of church life, and a member of the local PCC.
