Megan was appointed as PA to the Executive Head at St Thomas’ Primary and The King’s CE School in Kidsgrove in 2017 and provided business administration and human resources support during the formation of The Wade Federation.

After completing the NCTL Clerks Development Programme, she delivered advice, guidance and support as Clerk to the joint governing body in the lead up to Academisation.

Megan joined the TST central support team in February 2022 providing executive business support to the CEO and from September 2023 takes on responsibility for managing governance across the Trust. Away from work Megan is a keen amateur photographer.
