Mandy joins the Three Spires Trust shared services team in September 2024 as Senior Business Manager operating across The King’s and St Regis academies, and providing support in Admissions processes and compliance, across the wider trust.

After 19 years working in the banking sector, Mandy started her career in education in 2006, when she took up the post of Admin Assistant at St Thomas CE Primary. She developed this role to that of Business Manager, achieving the CSBM qualification in 2013.

Since 2016, Mandy has held business management responsibility over multiple settings in what was initially the Wade Federation, before forming Three Spire Trust, and has gained extensive experience in all aspects of business management leadership, across all phases of education, from Nursery to post 16.

She is passionate about collaborative working and establishing effective and efficient strategies and operations to optimise resources and achieve the best educational experience for students.

Mandy lives in North Staffordshire with her husband, three adult children and 2 dogs, one of which, Dexter, accompanies her to work as The King’s school dog. Outside work, she is a keen musician and a committed member of her local church, where she leads the music worship and is a member of the PCC.
