Lynne qualified as a teacher back in 2000 after a career change from banking and has never looked back since. Following successful headships in North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent spanning the past 15 years, Lynne takes up the role of Primary School Improvement Advisor from January 2023 supporting our primary academies.

Lynne completed her NPQH at Ravensmead Primary School where she served as Deputy Head and for a time also Acting Head, which gave her a taste of both the challenges and the joys that leading a school can bring.

Lynne is very much looking forward to the next chapter as Hanley St Luke’s develops as an Associate Member of Three Spires Trust and is excited to see how we grow together to benefit the school communities we serve.
