Institute of Education Partnerships

Three Spires Trust Institute of Education is proud to work alongside many external agents that support our work in shaping a brighter future for education.

The collaborative efforts between Three Spires and our partners below create a symbiotic relationship that enhances the overall educational ecosystem.

At the heart of our Institute of Education, we are supported by exceptional strategic partners who help drive our mission to support teachers throughout their careers. From the Church of England, nurturing values and character, to Teach First, inspiring new educators, and Best Practice, enhancing expertise and confidence, each partner plays a vital role in bringing our vision to life.

This is why they work with Three Spires—because we share a commitment to empowering educators at every stage of their journey. Together, we create a pathway that supports teachers from their early years in the classroom to experienced leaders. Our partners bring their knowledge, commitment, and resources, helping us fulfil the golden thread of professional growth, ensuring that every teacher has the opportunity to develop, lead, and make a lasting impact.

It’s such a joy to partner with Three Spires on the NPQ delivery and see so many leaders across the West Midlands gain this vital qualifications as a result of their excellent provision, teaching, coaching and facilitation. We look forward to ongoing partnership as we develop further provision together including our new Flourishing Leaders programmes – the Three Spires team have been at the heart of this development – whose impact will now be felt across the nation.

Andy Wolfe, Executive Director of Education, Church of England

Joining Three Spires Institute of Education as a SCITT trainee has been an incredible journey. I was drawn to Three Spires because of its commitment to nurturing aspiring teachers and creating a supportive, dynamic learning environment.
