Anna has a wealth of experience working across special educational needs within different roles in education. Anna has experience as a SENCO for primary and secondary settings, has led two SEND resource bases, has been a Specialist Teacher across two Local Authorities and has supported SENCOs in their strategic role.

Anna is a qualified SENCO, completed her Level 7 Post Graduate Diploma in Dyslexia Research, has completed a Masters Degree in Special Educational Needs and Inclusion and is currently completing her NPQSL.

Anna joined the Trust in September 2024 in the newly created role of Specialist Teacher: Autism and Social Communication. Anna is committed to creating and supporting inclusive practices within education, ensuring all children and young people have the opportunity to flourish.
