Three Spires Trust are committed to creating a fair and diverse workplace. The Disabled Staff Network actively engages and contributes towards ensuring equality, acceptance and inclusion within Three Spires Trust.

Aims of the Disabled Staff Network
  • To provide a network of mutual support and a collective voice for staff with disabilities, restrictive health conditions and disability related caring responsibilities.
  • To provide a forum for discussing access issues at work and offer a space to raise challenges, in a safe environment.
  • To promote a work environment in which all staff feel supported, valued, achieve their potential and are able to be themselves.
  • To challenge discrimination, positively promote equality and raise awareness.
  • To ensure that good practice and initiatives are promoted, shared and embedded within the Trust.
  • To provide support, advice and guidance, or signposting, where appropriate.
  • To work closely with other projects, initiatives, departments and organisations which raise awareness around disability equality.
