TST Central Support Team, based in Stafford
Salary: TST Grade 8, SCP 22-27 (£14.26p/h, £27,514FTE starting salary)
Contract: 7hrs per week, term time only, permanent

Three Spires Trust is looking to appoint a well organised, efficient and enthusiastic Trust Governance Professional who will work closely with the Executive Leadership Group to provide expert advice on governance, constitutional and procedural matters whilst undertaking effective clerking and administrative support for the Trust Board.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate they can be exceptionally well organised with superb communication skills, be able to relate well to both adults and young people and demonstrate commitment to contributing to the achievement of the Trust’s Christian vision. Working hours will be flexible in the region of 7 hours per week. The Trust Board meets four times per academic year; whilst its two committees meet up to three times per year and the majority of meetings are held in the late afternoon and evenings, therefore the ability to attend evening meetings is essential. Our Governance Professional will also work alongside other Trust Clerks and will be expected to clerk for one local governing body, all of who meet six times per year. A flexible approach to working hours is essential, and the successful candidate may be required to service additional meetings in order to meet the governance needs of our Trust and its academies (disciplinary committees, admissions panels, complaints panels, HR hearings etc.).
